Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At Square Watch Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we build. Each watch is produced in small batches with careful attention to detail. If you're not completely satisfied, or if you encounter an issue, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom watches within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Custom or personalized watches are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival
To start a return, please email us at info@squarewatch.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the item shows signs of wear or damage, a partial refund or denial may apply
Exchanges & Repairs
If your watch arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange as needed.
1-Year Warranty
Every Square Watch Co. timepiece comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Covered under warranty:

Manufacturing defects in movement, hands, or dial

Faults in craftsmanship or materials
Not covered:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, fading, etc.)

Water damage (unless the watch is marked as water-resistant)

Damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
To request warranty service, email us at info@squarewatch.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Note: Shipping costs related to warranty service may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the nature of the issue and location.
